48%
of public school teachers feel their mental health negatively affects their work
That’s a sobering statistic — and just one of the reasons we started Oxygen for Educators.
Oxygen for Educators takes back the narrative about what’s happening in education using the voices of the people doing the work — teachers, counselors, administrators, and school staff who deserve support, visibility, and a steady breath of fresh air.
Oxygen for Educators helps them reconnect to their purpose and care for themselves so they can serve students well. Through relatable stories, practical strategies, and realistic inspiration, we promise radical hope so educators feel understood, encouraged, and energized about their very important work in the world.
Educators are humans first
These are a few of the topics we explore to equip and inspire educators in their daily lives — in and out of the classroom — so they can take care of their whole selves.
